If you are gluten sensitive or have celiac disease, you are probably extremely careful with what and where you eat because you know even the slightest trace of gluten can be enough to make you ill for days or even weeks. However, mistakes do happen and you might end up ingesting gluten without even knowing it. It can happen at a restaurant that doesn’t have an 100% gluten free kitchen, it can be a product labeled as gluten free that has been cross-contaminated, or simply because you forgot to read the label and check if it was really gluten free. We hope that you are not getting “glutened” frequently, but if it happens, we hope the tips we list below will help you recover as quick as possible.
