This is a Chinese dish that everyone has probably already tried. It’s very simple to make and you can use whatever veggies you have in your fridge. I usually use zucchini, carrots, green pepper, broccoli or cauliflower, corn, and peas.

6. Galletesarrasin (buckwheat pancake)
This is the famous French crêpe. They are thin, light and crispy on the edges, they are delicious and gluten-free! They are made of buckwheat flour (sarrasin, in French) and there is a vegan recipe by Nora Ingenious Cooking that I believe is better than the regular recipe.
