We’ve Been Wishing for Quite a While There Were an Easy Answer to This Question.

Having celiac disease is both time consuming and exhausting plus getting accidentally “glutened” can be very painful.

We’ve been searching for a solution to these everyday problems celiac people have when shopping for safe food and cooking healthy and delicious dishes.

Fortunately we just found something that seems designed to answer all the questions above.

It is a program called Gluten Free Meal Plan by Jenna Drew, she was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2009 and she is also a certified personal trainer chef, so she walks the walk and talks the talk. She came up with a brilliant idea turned into an amazing program. We’ve been testing it for a while and we are loving it.

The program itself brings you a shopping list every week with safe ingredients plus recipes for every meal of the day, for every day of the week. This ensures that you don’t have to be reading labels and you don’t have be thinking about what to cook. The list also contains snacks for in between meals, so you are fully covered. And even if you don’t like some recipe in the list, you can request for something different.

You will be saving hours upon hours, and headaches upon headaches during the year, gaining all this time to do whatever you want (working, taking care of your family, spending time with your favorite hobby) plus having the peace of mind that you’ll be healthy, avoiding accidental cross-contamination or being “glutened” one more time for missing some hidden gluten in food item you thought was ok.
